Ella and I just met this year a few months back and we are already such great friends. Ella and I first met when I went to POMP Salon to get my hair colored! She’s such a talented stylist and we instantly connected and created a friendship.
A few days go by and she realizes I’m a photographer through my Instagram! Ella reached out expressing that she’s pregnant and that’s when we scheduled her session months in advance! I’m talking like 5 months in advance, I was so thrilled to work with her!
Capturing Ella’s maternity session was different than our usual outdoor sessions, but we LOVE this so much! When Ella told me she wanted a minimal indoor studio session, I knew there was a perfect location to make this all happen. The Local Studio was amazing and we were able to create such beautiful magic in this space for my dear friend.
Ella had four outfit planned and they were all amazing. From casual to formal, classic to romantic – she thought of it all.
She was absolutely glowing!
This entire session inspired me to go out of my comfort zone and do something completely different than my usual style. It perked so much interest in Studio work and the things we could create in a controlled space.
The thing I love most about this session is the fact that we are two artist in different industries, yet we came together into one space to create something so stunning.
