We can truly testify to that! We were so impressed by the beauty of her practice, the charming staff and her caring soul that we had to sign up as new patients ourselves. The experience definitely blew us away. Although times are scary right now because of the pandemic due to Covid-19, she assured our safety in her practice. Once entering the office upon check-in, they made sure our hands were sanitized, they checked our temperature and asked us a series of questions to make sure we were okay to be seen.
After we got the green light, they took us to our room! I (Donna) was so excited for Matt because he haven’t been to the Dentist in years. They did not make us feel bad about it but instead we were welcomed with laughter and was educated on proper cleaning and care. I found it to be extremely calming that Dr. Sharon took the time to explain everything she was doing, rather than to leave us questioning what’s going on. The way she articulate her questions made us feel confident in answering without embarrassment. It truly felt like we were having a conversation with a friend, just about teeth and a new smile! The experience couldn’t have been better!!
