We’ve known Casey for years. She’s a close childhood friend of Matt’s, and we had the joy of photographing her UC Davis graduation photos a while back. Seeing her again, now as a bride, was such a full-circle moment.
She and Austen are a perfect match. Their connection is easy to see. The way they care for each other is effortless and genuine.
Their intimate elopement took place in a beautiful outdoor setting at their alma mater. The morning started off windy and overcast. We weren’t sure if the weather would hold up. But as if timed perfectly, the skies cleared just in time. The sun peeked through, the wind settled, and everything felt calm and meant to be.
Casey wore a timeless off-shoulder gown that flowed beautifully as they walked through the grass. Austen looked sharp in a navy suit with a bolo tie that added a personal touch. They laughed, held hands, and soaked in every second together.
We loved capturing the quiet, sweet moments between them. One of our favorites? When they laid down in the grass, bouquet in hand, and being playful.
