The day was just starting to cool from the blasting hot sun. There soon was a nice summer breeze at this Victory Park Maternity Session.
This is a funny story! Donna and Wendy both grew up in Stockton but never met each other. It wasn’t until they both attended Chico State is where they finally met. They both then eventually moved back to Stockton. But at different times in their lives. After 3 years they finally reconnected again. Both in the same town at the same time. When Wendy asked Donna to do photograph her maternity session, we didn’t know we would gain new friends.
This day was a start to a new friendship.
Not just between Donna and Wendy, but Chris and Matt. Moving back after seven years away from Stockton and this being a new city to Matt, we don’t have much friends in the area. So being the kind heart people that Wendy and Chris are, they happily invited us to their baby shower and soon pizza! (= They are an amazing couple. Their relationship is like what you’ll see in novels. High school sweethearts, who fell in love, got married and now creating a family. You know you chose the right person to go through life with when you have a strong connection as they do. Love, compassion, confidence and happiness. Their carefree spirits. The authentic smiles, laughter and jokes. You can feel that they truly enjoy each others presence. They’re best friends. Soulmates.
We couldn’t be happier for their new journey!
Wendy and Chris, we truly enjoyed the time spent with you both. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for you two as Nathaniel comes into the world. You’ll be great parents. Your relationship resembles positivity, patience, humor, compassion and excitement. The amazing vibes you bring to each other gives us no doubt that you’ll shower Nathaniel with the same love.
