Our journey with Jairius began during a vendor collaboration shoot earlier this year! Where we had the privilege of admiring her incredible calligraphy and invitation designs at White Lotus Lettering. We instantly connected over the joys and challenges of being creative entrepreneurs. So, when Jairius reached out to us to capture her wedding and engagement moments, we felt truly honored.
It’s a significant moment when a fellow vendor from the wedding industry chooses you to be a part of their special day.

Planning their engagement session was an absolute delight. We understood Jairius and Harry’s desire for a classic, modern, yet romantically infused atmosphere. And we knew the Sacramento Capitol would be the perfect backdrop. Additionally, the presence of cactuses, which hold a special place in Harry’s heart, added a meaningful touch to the session. These cactuses serve as a reminder of Harry’s father, who had a passion for collecting them. Though he is no longer with us, we wanted to pay homage to his memory through this beautiful backdrop.
We instantly connected with this wonderful couple and cherished the opportunity to hear their unique love story. Their shared experiences of adventurous travels and cultural diversity are truly inspiring. One of the most rewarding aspects of our job is forming genuine connections with our couples. We love learning about the extraordinary journeys they’ve embarked on.
