Filoli and Pulgas Engagement Photos | Joyce + Linh

Joyce and Linh’s Filoli and Pulgas engagement photos were taken at two of the most iconic locations in the Bay Area: Filoli Gardens and the Pulgas Water Temple. The late summer transitioning into fall brought the perfect combination of mild weather and golden light. Ideal for capturing their beautiful engagement photos. Joyce looked stunning in an all-white satin gown and pearly heels. While Linh complemented her with a classic black suit, tie, and loafers. Together, they exuded timeless elegance.

We began our session at Filoli Gardens, where we wandered through its lush, expansive grounds. Despite the changing seasons, the garden remained vibrant and full of greenery. Offering us a variety of beautiful settings for their photos. Each corner of Filoli provided a new perspective and chance to capture something different. Allowing us to take advantage of the stunning landscape.

After exploring Filoli, we moved to the Pulgas Water Temple. As always, it stood grand and impressive with it’s breathtaking backdrop. Here, Joyce and Linh’s playful side came out. They chased each other across the grass. Sharing playful moments that gave us plenty of candid shots full of fun and laughter. These lighter moments really captured the essence of their relationship.

Throughout the session, we loved getting to know Joyce and Linh even more. They’re an easygoing couple who were up for anything! Whether it was embracing every direction or simply enjoying each other’s company. Their energy made it effortless to capture their connection.

We’re incredibly excited to capture their wedding next year. If this session is any indication, it’s going to be a day filled with love, joy, and moments that are just as unforgettable.
