This Ethereal Almond Orchard session has our whole heart!
We’re seriously obsessed with how this came together with all the creative vendors involved. We had this vision to shoot something romantic and ethereal in the full bloom of Almond season on film + digital. It surely did not disappoint!
My Contax 645 Medium format camera came just in time. (I got it as a gift to myself for my birthday). The florals were amazing and tied in with both gowns perfectly. Our model was the best and handle the cold weather ‘bare foot’, like a champ! The makeup looked gorgeous and was the perfectly done for this vision. Everything was what we dreamed and more!
We’re so thankful for creative friends in the industry who can help us pull off this last minute before the blooms went. The Almond Blossom fields only last for 2 weeks so it’s always a treat when they’re here.
California is beautiful but when it’s Spring it’s absolutely breathtaking here!
